Designated Location for Posting of Board Meeting Notices – Pursuant to Sections 24-6-402(2)(c)(I) and 32-1-903, C.R.S., the Board of Directors of the Districts have adopted a Resolution concerning online notice of public meetings, which authorizes the Boards to post notices of the public meetings, including specific agenda information, on the following public  website  twinbuttesmetrodistrict.org no less than 24 hours prior to the holding of the meeting.  In the event the Districts are unable to post a notice online in exigent or emergency circumstances, such as a power outage or an interruption in internet service, that prevents the public from accessing the notice online, in accordance with Section 24-6-402(2)(c)(III), C.R.S., the Board designates the following location within the Districts’ boundaries as the official designated posting place for the posting of meeting agendas, no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting: front door of the office of Twin Buttes of Durango, 690 Twin Buttes  Avenue, Durango, Colorado.
